Loose, comfortable clothing - no denim’s, buttons, or zips. Socks - padded or two pairs. 
 
There is club wear available, including a leotard and shorts (girls) or t-shirt and shorts (boys). All prices on the Notice Board and Website. 
All children taking part in exercise need a drink. Water bottles with water in are allowed in the Hall, but no juice or fizzy drinks. 
 
Should your child require a drink and has no bottle there are always jugs of water available. 
The sessions are 1 hour long including time for warming up and cooling down exercises. 
It is the Policy of Preston City Trampoline Club to have only 5 children per trampoline. This gives them plenty of turns, as well as encourages them to communicate with their peers and to learn the discipline of spotting at a trampoline. 
Yes - all our coaches and volunteers have a DBS, and have attended Safeguarding Children courses. 
Yes - Preston City Trampoline Club operates an open door policy. Parents are very welcome to attend all sessions in compliance with the Parent/Guardian Policy. 
PCTC Annual Membership is £65.00 and includes British Gymnastics Insurance. 
 
Class fees are £30.00 per month (place guaranteed) 
 
The session fee is paid every month in advance excluding August.
